Bashosho Talents CBO celebrated International Peace Day 2023 with two powerful and informative performances at Kamukunji Grounds and Kiambiu Streets. The first performance, supported by CRIME SI POA and other stakeholders, focused on the effects of crime and society’s role in preventing it. In the second performance, Bashosho Talents CBO joined partners Umbrella CBO and TCOP in a peace walk and street theater performances addressing Intimate Partner Violence and promoting healthy ways to resolve marital issues.

Bashosho Talents CBO proudly commemorated International Peace Day 2023 with two engaging and impactful performances. At Kamukunji Grounds, we presented a thought-provoking piece on the consequences of crime and the collective responsibility of society to prevent it. This performance was made possible with the support of CRIME SI POA and other dedicated stakeholders.
Later that day, Bashosho Talents CBO joined forces with Umbrella CBO and TCOP for a peace walk and street theater performances in the Kiambiu community. Our performance focused on the urgent issue of Intimate Partner Violence, which has become increasingly prevalent in our community. Through our play, we highlighted healthy methods for resolving marital conflicts and emphasized society’s role in fostering positive change.
